Our Background
Georgina has worked in the recruitment industry for the past ten years. During these ten years she has fulfilled various roles within this sector. Her career in recruitment began when she took the role of Office Junior at her local recruitment agency. Ironically, she approached the company hoping they would help her secure her first job, however she ended up working for them directly instead!
This role enabled Georgina to learn a great deal about recruitment and to see first-hand how to become a successful recruiter. Georgina then went on to work in Internal Recruitment, Commercial Recruitment, R2R Recruitment and most recently as a PA to a CEO of an extremely specialised agency dealing with International Wealth Management Recruitment. Working in this varied capacity over the years has allowed Georgina to become fully conversant in all aspects of the recruitment industry.
